   So I live in 20901, but across the street from 20910… can I split the difference?

   Yep – The parts of 20901 that are inside the Beltway do just as well as 20910. Seems like the further outside the Beltway and the further away you are from the DTSS area and Silver Spring METRO, the slower the market is.
